Jennifer Roederer has had a career in education that spans coasts. She has worked as a math teacher, an instructional coach, school administrator, an Education Recovery Leader with the Kentucky Department of Education, and currently as a Educator Success Consultant with the Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative. From Louisville to Los Angeles, Jen has worked to support schools in building teacher and leader capacity as designers; curriculum and instruction designers, system designers, and culture designers. She has a winsome personality and an amazing record of success in building ever-better schools through thoughtfully designed professional learning and intentional coaching.
